Spectrum Service Issue Preventing Access to SSD Services

We have identified an issue with Spectrum's internet services that is preventing access to some services hosted internally at SSD such as VPN, Phoenix and ESI. Unfortunately, this is an issue Spectrum will need to address. In the meantime, access to these services may be intermittent. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update as more information becomes available.
