We are currently investigating two issues impacting Phoenix:

-Progress Reports: Users are experiencing extended loading times when opening both pending and completed progress reports.

-Review of Existing Data (RED) / Reevaluation: A validation warning requiring confirmed eligibility is appearing incorrectly.

Our team is actively coordinating with our vendor partner on a resolution. We will provide another update as soon as more information and a release timeline are available.
