The incident with users receiving an error when accessing Phoenix, ESI, FinReporting and other web-based SSD applications should be resolved.

Users may need to clear their cache and restart web browsers before resuming work.

Update

Access to FinReporting, Tyler SIS, Docuware and Document Self-Service has been restored.

Users will need to clear their cache and restart web browsers before accessing the site.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where users are getting warning stating their connection is not private when accessing Phoenix, ESI, FinReporting and other services. Users in Chrome have the ability to click "Advanced" and can then choose to Proceed to the site. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update as more information becomes available.
